Lausitzhalle in Hoy­er­swerda

For almost 30 years now the Lausitzhalle has pro­vided cul­tural vari­ety to the town of Hoy­er­swerda and is the Lusa­t­ian Lake Dis­trict’s cen­tral event loca­tion, host­ing over 200 events a year with a great range of artists includ­ing well-known stars from Ger­many and abroad such as Nigel Kennedy, Giora Fei­d­mann with Ben Becker, Lud­wig Güttler, Ralf Schmitz, Dieter Nuhr, Die Puhdys, Karl Dall, Die Ami­gos, Die Pal­dauer, Tony Christie, Thomas Anders with Uwe Fahrenkrog-Petersen, Tiemo Hauer, Christo­pher von Deylen aka Schiller, and Till Brönner.
The sched­ule pro­vides some­thing for every taste, and fea­tures rock and pop con­certs, plus lav­ish opera and the­atre per­for­mances, con­certs by the Neue Lausitzer Phil­har­monie, colour­ful enter­tain­ment shows, cabaret and com­edy, all the way to chil­dren’s and fam­ily shows.
