Restau­rant Haus des Müllers / Dom młynka

The Restau­rant Haus des Müllers / Dom młynka on the adven­ture farm of Kra­bat-Mühle Schwarzkollm serves Sor­bian and regional cui­sine in a spe­cial atmos­phere. The restau­rant is located in a build­ing on the farm built with bricks from a for­mer Schwarzkollm restau­rant. There is seat­ing for about 45 peo­ple in the din­ing area and another 45 in the beer gar­den.

The menu offers regional dishes such as a Sor­bian wed­ding meal, for exam­ple, or pota­toes boiled in their skins with curd cheese and Lausitz lin­seed oil, Sor­bian wed­ding soup, boiled fil­let of beef in horse­rad­ish sauce, Teichel­mauke (potato purée, meat and sauer­kraut), buck­wheat dishes, Lausitz carp or elder­berry soup. The meals are pre­pared using regional prod­ucts.
